Hi Nicholas, as previously explained each kit comes with exactly what is mentioned in the product listing. We are unable to provide screws or rivets because there are a number of ways in which the flashing can be attached. This is a personal preference and what is needed will vary based on each individual application. Therefore, it is impossible to provide for every eventuality. We are sorry that you have misunderstood what is included in the kit.

All specifications for our products are provided by the manufacturer and we list them on our website accordingly. The noise you are describing does not sound typical for the fans purchased as we have not had any complaints from previous purchases about the noise level being unsuitable for domestic use. Therefore, we suggest you get in touch with Mercator as they will be able to determine if there is potentially a fault and respond accordingly.
