the fans got cought in customers so they were a couple of weeks , them my electrician and to re wire every fan as they were wired the opposite way and ket tripping my electrical board

Hi Kye, thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Firstly, we sincerely apologise for the delay. We try our best to keep the majority of our lines in stock however from time to time there may be a stock issue as a result of the fans not being available with the supplier. In regards to the fans purchased, from the description in your review it sounds like a similar wiring issue that the manufacturer has just informed us of for that particular model. ordered on the phone, very helpful, prompt service, would recommend to anybody.
When Customer Service is not willing to help a customer who rings with an issue and the customer is told to send and email regarding the issue - That Is NOT Customer Service.

As we are an online store any customer service enquiries regarding missing items generally need to be communicated via email. This is both for the benefit of our customers and our team as we have a record of the issue making it quicker and easier to follow up. We are glad that this issue has now been resolved and your fan has been received.
Hi Tim, regarding your product review we have followed this up with the manufacturer who has informed us that the fan referred to was indeed repaired under warranty so we are a little confused by this review. As for this replacement fan after discussing it with them if you were to put in a claim it would also be assessed and replaced or repaired as necessary through the in-home warranty.
I would definitely buy from Fansonline again as well as recommend them to friends and family.
They are friendly and easy to deal with and the fan was delivered within a few days.
