If you do not want to renew your policy at the price offered, please do call us on 0345 982 5505 and we can then take your cancellation instruction over the telephone. We do not charge you to cancel a policy. There are a number of reasons why an insurance premium may increase (and also decrease) at renewal each year. Loyalty and a ‘no claims’ history are also often rewarded by Exotic Direct. We did try and call you earlier today to clear up any confusion and to chat through the options that are available to you if you’re interested in reducing your premium.
