Please do give our support team a call on 0345 982 5505 so that we can double check the contact information we have for you and then arrange to send you copies of any documents you have not received. We have tried to contact you a few times over the last few days to resolve the issue you reported. Unfortunately we have not been able to speak to you - but we'd like you to know that we've arranged to have a hard-copy of your policy documents posted to you at the address supplied on your application, as this will confirm your active policy with us. When you received the hard copy in the post, please do review all of the information and if you do have any questions, please do call our Support Team on 0345 982 5505.

Hi There, Unfortunately our opening hours are only Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.15pm so we are unable to call at the weekend. Our website does have a sizeable list of animal breeds for you to choose from, but it is always growing. Thanks for letting us know that Cave Geckos are not on the current list - our Tech-team have now been asked to add that breed to the Exotic Direct website ASAP.
