We have been using them for a few years now. We have made a claim once and had no issue with the process. We think it's a fair price and are happy to continue to use them.

This is the first correspondence I have hadregarding my renewal . It would be better if I had received the relevant documentation prior to a review .

I don't think you can improve

I've been insured with them a few years and last year i had a big claim where i exceeded the amount i was insured they promptly paid the vet the value of my insurance
