Exotic direct have good customer service and a useful, but not pushy, reminder protocol for renewals. Claiming has been simple so far too

Would use again!

Excellent service, I made 2 claims during the policy, both times the staff were very friendly and caring. I would definitely recommend.

It appears that I did not get any information prior to renewal. The first I knew about was when my I got a email thanking me that I renewed policy for the forthcoming year.

As we discussed our renewals are automatic and are sent by post or email at least 21 days before your renewal date. This avoids any lapse in cover for your pets as well as giving you plenty of time to cancel if you so wish. Unfortunately on this occasion your documents were not received by post.

Lack of communication

I'm happy to renew but wasn't aware that I was doing so! I haven't received any information about my renewal.

Our renewals at Exotic Direct are automatic and are sent by post or email at least 21 days before your renewal date. This avoids any lapse in cover for your pets as well as giving you plenty of time to cancel or discuss the policy if you so wish.

Unfortunately on this occasion your documents were never received by post.
