More attempted premium hikes!!!!

First quote was nearly €200 more than eventual quote. Told that this would have been automatically charged if I had not rang about it. This seems to be, at best, dishonest!

We would always ask our customers to give us a call if they are not happy. There can be a change in rates after the renewal notices have been issued. On this occasion there was a rate change after your renewal was issued which resulted in the agent being able to give you a more competitive offer when you called.
