I say this because the order did not automatically take off the 10%offered . I have emailed twice about this and they have still not responded

Hello. We have not been running a 10% off promotion recently. We are investigating whether a technical error could have produced the effect you describe. Please excuse the delay, we are taking your claim seriously but as you can imagine we have we do have to check these things out.
Arrived on time but sent wrong product. When I phoned there was an apology but I was told you were short staffed ! Don't know why that should be reason for incorrectly filled order.
