I have received an email requesting feedback before I have received the product, which indicates me that the company logistics are not very well coordinated.

The logistics are not ours they are Feefo's. The way that Feefo works is that emails are sent out by Feefo to our customers a fixed amount of time after their orders are placed. The interval between the placement of the order and Feefo sending the email is based on the usual fulfilment time plus a few days. The emails are also timed so that the purchase experience is fresh in the customer's mind.
The product you have ordered is the only one in our range which is made to order and the only one whose delivery period can fall outside the Feefo email schedule. This is why you received a request for feedback before you received your delivery.

I understand that some operations are automated.
I emailed Allergy Best Buys yesterday and they told me that some products are directly supplied by the manufacturer and it may take up to 2-3 weeks. This is despite their website stating that Standard Delivery is 5 days.
Your response to me says that this automated email from Feefo is based on the usual fulfilment time plus a few days.
I guess I got unlucky with the product I requested and will have to wait one, maybe two more weeks.

The product page does state that the mattress does take 2-3 weeks for delivery. This is a cut and paste from the product page:
"Delivery: The mattresses are handmade to order and you should expect delivery in up to 3 weeks."
I will ensure it is placed in a more prominent position. I'm sorry for any misunderstanding.

Although not completely solved the problem I do believe they are assisting.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Although on our delivery page we do state it is next working day we had not put that information in the checkout. We have now amended the text so no-one else will be disappointed. I will refund the difference between normal delivery and express as an apology.
I see you have marked down the gloves. Many people find these very comfortable and superior to cotton. I would be interested to hear your review of them.
