Hello. Thank you for taking the time to send feedback.
I see we have had a number of problems relating to deliveries to your addresses in the past with our couriers unable to complete deliveries. As we operate a tracked service to Eire our couriers will make several attempts to deliver before it is returned to us so there is some delay in us being alerted to the fact that the package could not be delivered or was not accepted.
I believe we contacted you on 18th of December regarding your latest order to see if you would like a refund or replacement and we have yet to hear. If you could get in touch to let us know which we will be happy to comply with your choice. If you do wish to place future orders with us we will work with you to provide a delivery solution if you could email us or call us beforehand.

I received an email at 11.20 a.m. on 18Dec (Linda/Customer Services) asking if I wanted a replacement - I replied at 11.50 p.m. on 18Dec to say yes and gave very full details of my address. I did not receive a response to this email and yesterday 5/Jan @ 10.06 a.m. I sent a further email to you. We receive courier deliveries almost every day at my home address and have no difficulty with any other service provider. FYI I also followed
In the past have been good but wrong item arrived and no response to email.

Thank you for posting. I have taken a look at your order and I see that you ordered on 27th December and we shipped on Tuesday 29th after the Bank Holiday. Unfortunately it appears that one of the items on your order was wrongly picked. We usually wait until the wrongly picked item has been returned to re-ship the correct one but I have arranged for the correct item to be shipped to you today next day express.

Thank you for taking the time to post your review. You have identified a training issue for us. The desensitisation drops come complete with starter pills. It is a complete course and the the pills should be in the package. When the warehouse re-opens on Tuesday I will have a replacement sent to you. Our apologies for any confusion.
