I can see that you placed your order with our standard Royal Mail delivery option. As per our delivery instructions, this has a 3-5 working day time frame to be delivered. If you do require your items to be received sooner, we do offer a next working day delivery option that can be chosen at the checkout.

I have taken a look at the tracking information for this and unfortunately our courier has listed that your order was delayed due to 'operating conditions'. Due to this, we have refunded your delivery charges today to try and make up for this. Please note that it can take up to 3-5 working days to arrive in your bank or building society account.

Always order my postage stamps online. One has a choice of stamps especially Christmas time. Excellent service, arriving within a day or two.

I can see from the information on your order that you selected our Royal Mail Standard Delivery option.
We do state on our Delivery Information page that orders placed using this service can take 3 - 5 working days (excluding weekends) in order to arrive with customers.
For a quicker delivery service, we do offer all of our customers a Next Working Day Delivery option which is fulfilled via a courier.
If your order did not arrive within the timeframe given, then please contact our customer services department who will be able to further assist you with this.
