Not a lot that can go wrong - it's a delivery of a known item. It was delivered when advised, but to wrong address. It's the POST OFFICE delivering for goodness sake!

I can see that you have spoke to our customer services department who have advised that a free of charge replacement was authorised and processed for you on the 16/5/18.
