There are a number of factors which impact on the premiums for example, the rising costs in veterinary care, alongside the age and breed of your pet will all have an impact. However, we do everything we can do keep this as minimal as possible.

No confirmation of receipt of claim, lengthy call waiting times, no regular updates on claim progress, increasing lead times from 6 - 7 weeks with no update. Very poor customer experience and...
