I ordered Christmas lights, there was a slight mix up with my order, but the customer service team were wonderful. New lights delivered & old ones returned with no hassle.

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery time for your order, I have spoken with my colleagues and have been advised that you were informed about the delay and were happy to wait for delivery until all of your order could be delivered together. We would happily have sent part of your order if you had preferred this option.
Unfortunately on rare occasions there are unforeseen delays with stock and this was the case for your order, we do our upmost to keep customers informed of delays as soon as we become aware of them.
