Thank you for your feedback, it is disappointing to hear that your order took slightly longer than expected and we apologise for this delay. I have investigated this and unfortunately we had an issue with a damaged batch of this wallpaper and had to source the roll from another store which unfortunately led to the delay.

We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your delivery time, we aim to deliver our standard delivery items within 3-5 working days however on rare occasions this is not possible.
In this instance your order was delivered 7 working days from the date of your order, this is due to the increased number of orders taken at this time.
