Mrs Woodley we are sorry to have disappointed you but do not feel our customer service is incompetent. You made your booking with us and a supplier was used. They have charged us for it and we are striving to establish that, despite this, the hotel itself has agreed to extend your dates due to your personal association with them. It is time consuming but we are continuing to try and achieve the outcome you wish.

All I am doing is trying to get is new dates booked for this hotel before it expires again and they will not extend the booking any longer as you told me that the hotel charged you for this. The hotel from last year has always agreed to book new dates but you have failed to achieve this they said from day 1 I could rebook the dates They have only extended the time as you never got it sorted within the 1 year they gave you It’s simple contact the hotel give them my new dates for my flights already booked in February (as that’s the last time I will be going before May )and it’s all sorted I dont understand what your problem is 😱 why you can’t just do this
