I would give them 0 starts, worst customer service they do not have a clue and are unhelpful wanted to charge extra for no reason what so ever

We find your review is unreasonable. You were amending your booking and there was a charge to do so because you were adding passengers. The quote was given to you for these new arrangements, we do not see this as unhelpful and the reason for the extra costs was explained.
