Service was good but shower did not work and AC was so noisy

Efficient and calm - brilliant service
Booked with Matt who is probably the most patient man ever, answering every question I had politely and without hesitation. Responded to emails efficiently. Can't recommend them highly enough.

A very happy customer who called the customer service and and the operative Daniella very helpfull and nothing to much trouble holiday booked and paid for within minutes
