The coal took over a week to arrive, and 3 of the 6 bags were ripped. One so badly I had to find another container to put it in and due to the ripped bags ended up with coal dust all over the drive...

Thank you for your positive review of our product Smokeless Coal No. 5. In regards to the packaging this will be sent across to the relevant department for their information.
Deliverer arrived after a few days, coal was soaking wet so was the kiln dried kindling the bags were so wet and dirty I couldn't store them in the house where I usually do.

This is only surface moisture which means that it will dry out quickly, but should not affect the performance of your fuel in any way.
