Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you had a bad experience on this occasion. We’re currently working hard to improve our service, and I will pass on your feedback to our delivery team. Please accept our apologies firstly for not informing you that your delivery was being re-delivered on a new date; and secondly for not moving the fuel when instructed that morning. We will pass this onto the relevant depot and the depot manager for them to address with the driver in question. Again please accept our apologies and we hope that you’ll see fit to give us another chance in future.

service very good and straight forward. very nice young man delivered coal and dropped the bags were asked him to. very pleased overall would recommend this company.
Placed order easily online after deciding which fuel was best for my stove. Delivery arrived a couple of days later. Was rung to tell me when the delivery would be.
