Order easily placed on line a week before Xmas. Delivery promised before Xmas and sure enough turned up 22nd December. Phone call received a day in advance to confirm delivery from local depot. So...
It is always so easy to order online. The website site is very user friendly. Plenty of choice. Delivery is very quick and efficient. I would recommend Coals2U to anyone.
Service from thevadmin staff when not ordering on line is very professional and the delivery person is always cheerful.

Please accept our apologies for the quality of the fuel you received. Due to coal being a natural product, it’s sometimes hard to exactly control the quality, though all of our coal is strictly screened and washed before being bagged. If you are looking to try a different product next time, can we suggest Premium Plus House Coal or Columbian House Coal, any of our advisors will be able to help you choose either of these fuel. Please accept our apologies for you receiving the wrong sized fuel to what you ordered, unfortunately mistakes do happen. The trebles that you have received in error are slightly bigger in size than the fuel that you originally ordered. We hope this won't deter you from shopping with us again in future.
