Thank you for your feedback. We’re currently working hard to improve our service, and I will pass on your feedback to our delivery team. Our delivery times do tend to differ throughout the seasons and can increase slightly when in our busy periods. Please accept our apologies that your delivery instructions weren't completely followed and the fuel has been emptied on top of your bunker equipment. We hope this won't deter you from ordering with us again in future.
