Good service, but I did not get a phone call to say the coal was coming, ( I had requested a phone call to tell me which day it was being delivered when I ordered). Otherwise no complaints.

The coalman (are they still called that?!) could not have been more helpful
Order arrived 5 days after being placed just before Christmas. The driver was very polite, really helpful, offered to take the coal to where it was to be stored and was super quick.
The delivery driver was so unhelpful that I told him that I would cancel the order if he did not wish to deliver it. I suggest that Coals 2U get some advice from Ocado or Tesco on how to train...
