Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We are really sorry to hear that you have found our claims process to be unsatisfactory. We do have online forms for submitting claims and we are striving towards a client portal for ease of access for our customers. We do understand your concerns regarding increases in premiums. In many countries the cost of health care continues to grow and it is predicted that there will be no change to this trend over the coming years. It is not just the cost of health care that impacts on premiums, increased demand for international quality private care and advancement in technologies and wider treatments available are also contributing factors worldwide. We do work very closely with our insurers to ensure any increase in premiums that we may have to impose is reasonable and justified. We thank you again for getting in touch, your feedback is very valuable to us.
