•Room size and layout
•Climate and humidity levels in your area
•Material finishes (e.g. tiles, glass, or uninsulated surfaces that may hold moisture)
•Availability of incoming air and cross-ventilation
•Whether the fan is ducted and how the ducting is configured (length, bends, vent types, etc.)
•The type and placement of motor (especially if an inline setup is involved)
•User expectations around how quickly steam or odours should be cleared
