The service was excellent, but I unfortunately had to return the Ugg boots as they were much too big, so I am waiting to see how quickly my refund will be dealt with.

I have ordered brown shoes but received black.Also had to wait for a week to get them.

On review we have just re-checked your order and can see that you ordered black and not brown, also this shoe does not even come in brown so it was not possible to have even ordered brown in the first place unfortunately.
If you would like to discuss this further then please give us a call.
Secondly, we did look into your delivery and can see you placed the order on Tuesday the 9th and we can see the item was delivered on friday 11th. We did send you an email with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 days and managed to have it with you in 4. However, we are sorry if you found this to be too long.

Good to hear you found the delivery fast. Unfortunately with some shoes varying in style there can be minor differences in fit, however this is rare and not a regular occurrence. If in doubt and you require some extra fitting information before ordering you can always give us a call and we can recommend what to purchase.

Easy Purchase at a good price - perhaps could have been despatched a little quicker - but once on their way were received within 24hrs.

Awww well we hope she likes them as I'm sure she will. Sorry that you felt it could have been a little quicker, we do often strive to either manage deliveries either next day if in our main warehouse or a few days longer if we have to call them in. However, sometimes we do experience delivery issues ourselves when calling in stock that can delay an order hence our estimated (worst case scenario) delivery time of 5-7 days in the confirmation we sent you. But rest assured this is not always the case and we do usually pride ourselves on a very quick and efficient service.
