Step2wo shoes and boots are excellent great fitting shoes and brilliant for my daughter who has to use orthotics, however the postal/delivery service is shocking, I called and asked if the shoes...

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We are happy to hear that you found the shoes to be great fitting and perfect for your daughter.
We are however saddened to hear that you had a bad experience with our delivery service. We deliver our stock as soon as we possibly can. This means that any items that are sitting in our main warehouse will be dispatched for next day delivery. However, if we have to call an item in this can take a little longer, as I can see this is what happened in your case. I can see that the order confirmation that we sent to you did state that it would be delivered within 5-7 days which we did. Unfortunately, with orders like this there is no way we can prioritise this to a next day delivery as we have to call the stock in, we then dispatch the item as soon as we receive them. If you require an item urgently you can always call before placing an order to see the location of the stock and estimated delivery time to give you a better insight as to when they will arrive.
We apologise for disappointing you with our service as it is something we take very seriously and do our best to be as helpful as possible.
