We are sorry that you were not happy with our website. In regards to having something ordered abroad with a UK card, we do not allow this at the moment due to very high levels of fraud. Therefore a different billing and delivery address is possible but not in different countries I am afraid. However, if you were to order something to be delivered abroad and had the card registered to that address then it is not a problem. This may be something we shall change in the future, but as mentioned this is currently not possible due to the level of fraud. Sincerely, Francesca

We are very sorry to hear this. We have spoken with DPD with regards to the incident and tried to ensure as much as possible this will not happen again. This is such a shame as DPD tend to be an excellent courier and many of our customers find them to be very accurate and informative but they can, as with you, let us down sometimes.
