The £5 discount is available for all of our returning customers, and you should receive this discount every time you order for the foreseeable future, so you can always take advantage.

It does actually say on our website under delivery and returns that goods will usually be dispatched within one working day if in our main warehouse. However, some items may take three to seven days to be dispatched if in our external warehouse.
We are sorry if you misunderstood this. If in doubt of how long a shoe will take you can always give us a quick call before ordering and we can give you an estimated delivery time.

Placed this order on 3/12/12, still have not received my shoes, apparently the order will arrive on 14/12/12, a long way of the recommended 4-7 days as stated.

We are very sorry to hear you experienced a delay in receiving your order. We have looked into this and can see there was a problem with collecting one of your shoes from our external warehouse, it looks as though there were a few failed attempts by the courier in bringing it to us hence the delay in delivering it to you. This very rarely happens as we aim to have the shoes with our customers next day if in the main warehouse or within a few days if coming from our external warehouse, with 5-7 days being an extreme case. So the delayed delivery to you is very rare and we are very sorry that this was the case. If you wish to discuss any further then please do not hesitate to contact us.
