Great to hear from a long time Step2wo fan! The school shoe Jodie is one that has been with us for a very long time just because we find it to be a very good and popular school shoe. At least you are now aware you can purchase them on-line without having to travel too far! As for the DPD text, that does sound rather odd, as we usually find the text service fantastic, but we will take note of your concerns and pass them on.
