Not an effective process.
Well I did not get the flights that I booked as the message to confirm went to whom I booked on the flight instead of me, the person booking the tickets.

The agent we dealt with was very pleasant on the phone, however he was unable to answer specifics or give recommendations about various resorts. His knowledge was poor and he didn't off another agent...

Although we are not able to travel to all destinations/resorts to provide first hand knowledge there are various resource tools available which can source out quite a bit of information to pass on to our clients.
