We are sorry that you were unable to interact with the other members of the group on the first night as you would have liked; the opportunity to socialise with your Travel Director and guests is normally a possibility and so we will certainly review this to see what could have happened. As well, along the way, our coaches will pause for comfort stops for our guests' well-being, however, should our guest have any concerns the Travel Director will be more than happy to assist. What's more, we understand just how frustrating flight delays can be and we are sorry to learn of any discomfort that they caused you. Nevertheless, we hope that you still had many wonderful experiences and have lasting memories that you can look back on fondly forever.
