Hi David, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early you are able to call us directly on 0330 400 0402 to discuss and if settling early you will also be entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly. Thank you for getting in contact.

Within 2 hours of applying the money was in my account. The only down fall is the repayments are ridiculous

Communication was slow and information not forthcoming. I didnt find the application process easy to see the final amount payable.

Thank you for your feedback. Our interest rates are public (found on our websites and on our application form) and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. As I can see, you have chosen to withdraw from your loan agreement as all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly.
