Not happy to be honest

Not charge me the same price per month for a loan I was told I would get of £450 at £57 a month n then get told I will receive £250 for £57 a month and to make over £1000 interest is astonishing only...

Thank you for your feedback Matthew. Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement however it looks like there may have been some miscommunication while discussing this over the phone. If you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly.
