We plan to have an online portal released this Summer if you were looking for a tool to check up on your current loan which will go along with our current online application and payment system.

Thank you for your feedback Aaron. Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. Don’t forget if you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly. If you feel you did not full understand the terms when signing the loan agreement please let me know here and I will arrange for one of our team to call back to advise.
