We are very sorry to hear that you did not receive any communication from us once your order was placed. Having reviewed our correspondence we can see that we sent an email to you the day after you placed your order advising you of a delivery timescale, taking into account the lack of delivery days due to the Bank Holiday at the end of May. Your order was despatched and delivered in accordance with that email. We have checked our records and are unable to find any correspondence, either by phone or email, requesting that we amend your order by removing one of the plants from your order. You mention that we did not reply to either of your emails and our customer service team will be in touch with you separately asking for copies of the emails and details of the dates sent so as we can ensure emails are being received correctly into our support system.
