Disappointed

Plants arrived in a horrible black plastic package which I struggled to open, and then when I did the plants were in poor condition, leaves turning yellow.

We package our plants so as they are protected safely during transit, we are however always looking at ways in which we can improve and reduce our packaging, and appreciate your feedback regarding this. We have checked our records and are unable to find any correspondence from you regarding the quality of your plants on arrival. We would very much like to help resolve any concerns you may have with your plants and if you would like to contact us at support@ashridgetrees.co.uk we will be pleased to help you. It would be helpful if you can please quote Feefo in the subject line and include some photographs of what you have received. You are a valued customer and look forward to hearing from you so we can rectify this for you.
