Thank you for your feedback. For a number of reasons, it's physically impossible for us to confirm delivery before you place your order. However, your card is not charged until the day we send your order, and you can instruct us not to deliver on certain dates both during checkout & via our contact form.

We are sorry that you were disappointed with the timescale of your order. When you placed your order, we advised that delivery would be in April or May. We were on track to despatch your order within that timeframe. You contacted us in mid May asking for an update and we advised that delivery would be by the end of May. We offered you the option of splitting your order, at no extra delivery cost, but you chose instead to cancel the pepper plant from your order and we despatched the remainder of your order to you.
