I am sorry to hear you have had such problems with your order. I can see you have called today and we have requested a replacement order for you. The appropriate action should have been taken when you first enquired about the order so I do apologise if this was not the case and at that time no apology was given. We did contact you on the 2nd November to say the original order was returned un-delivered and asked you to get in touch. It appears you have not received this correspondence. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope the replacement order arrives safely.
