Many Thanks for your feedback. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the direct flights to and from Malaga. As you booked your accommodation independently I'm afraid we are unable to assist in addressing your disappointment in it. Should you wish to travel with FlyDirect again in the future our team are happy to help in booking a complete package with a hotel to best suit your requirements.

Many Thanks for your feedback. We look forward to seeing you on another direct flight in the future.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you found the FlyDirect flights were convenient, though we’re sorry you felt it was a little pricey. While flight delays are often beyond our control, we’re have recently received our flight statistics for our entire summer programme and only around 10% of our flights this year were delayed by more than 60 minutes. We hope that you chose to travel with us on a future occasion.

What a wonderful 5 star review, it is great to hear that valued clients are enjoying ease of the FlyDirect flights and holidays and we hope to see you on your next trip soon.

Thank you for sending us in your feedback, the hotel you chose sounds like it ticked all the boxes and it is nice to here that your enjoyed your time in Benalmadena. I can only apologise with regards to the outbound delay (due to the incorrect loading of bags and wheelchairs) along with the troubles you encountered at Malaga airport in locating your driver. Please be assured we will look into this further with our transfer partners and we hope to see you on a future FlyDirect holiday soon.

Thank you for your kind words, we are glad you enjoyed your holiday in beautiful Benalmadena and we hope that your choose to FlyDirect on your next adventure!
