Hvordan samles Feefo-anmeldelsene inn?

Thank you for your feedback. It’s great to hear that our clients in Guernsey are enjoying the convenience of FlyDirect flights and holidays, as well as the service from our team. I’ll pass your comments on to BA CityFlyer regarding the catering on board. We currently offer the option for clients to book Extra Legroom seats (for an additional fee), and I’ll also share your suggestion about allowing all seats to be pre-booked. We previously offered Twilight check-in at Guernsey, but this year our ground handlers (Aurigny) have withdrawn that service. We hope to welcome you on another trip soon.

Delays to and from Tenerife

Unfortunately our flight from jersey to Tenerife was delayed by 1 hour and 10 minutes where we sat ln the plane on the runway waiting to take off. We had little communication from the captain or the...

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry for the delays on both your flights and we understand how frustrating this was, especially when travelling with children. Both of your flights were affected by circumstances beyond the airline’s control. The outbound delay was due to Air Traffic Control restrictions, and the return flight from Tenerife was held after a small technical issue was identified as the aircraft taxied for departure. In both cases, the crew were required to wait for clearance before take-off to ensure everyone’s safety. That said, we appreciate your comments regarding communication on board. Keeping passengers informed is an important part of providing good service, and we’ll be sharing your feedback with our partners at Smartwings to help improve how updates are handled in future. We're very sorry this trip didn’t meet your expectations, and we hope we’ll have the opportunity to restore your confidence in us, should you choose to book with us at FlyDirect in the future.

Not good

The meet and greet was chaotic. The rep was hard to find and her instructions not clear. A long wait before we boarded transport to the hotels.
