Thank you for your review, your April flights to Tenerife were operated by our partners at Smartwings and a "Buy on Board" service should of been provided on both legs of the journey, so that our clients had a option to purchase refreshments. As always the on-board service is subject to availability and at the time perhaps, there was an issue with loading the catering in Tenerife so instead of allowing clients to purchase food and drink they may have made a decision to offer something complimentary on your return journey. We do hope that you choose to book and travel with FlyDirect on another occasion.
