The transport of the car was great door to door sevice. The only thing was a mobile phone holder attached to the windscreen was taken. Apart from that everything thing was great.

Hi Christopher, we apologise for any delays in your transit, but your carrier were SMB and they had a large backlog in and out of their Perth depot. We gave you the contact details for SMB so you could track your vehicle as they were the carrier that was moving it.

Hi Bert, we apologise for the delays out of Perth caused by the sudden unexpected demand on the carrier that handles that leg. I have checked your job, but I cannot find any mention of what you mean by "wrong information provided", so I cannot help you there. I also see the vehicle has since been delivered.

Car stayed in Melbourne a whole week after being dropped off, and arrived in Cairns a day after estimated delivery date. No real drama, but would have preferred a later drop off time or on time...
