After reviewing your booking, we can confirm that a shared shuttle transfer was reserved. Shared services involve collecting multiple passengers arriving on different flights, which can sometimes lead to longer waiting times, especially during busy travel periods. Also on this type of transfer the waiting time starts to count from when the customer present him/herself with the service supplier in the airport and NOT from when the flight lands.
We regret that this led you to feel uncomfortable using the service for your return journey, and we appreciate your honesty. Your feedback will be passed on to our transport partner to ensure improvements are made.
