Arrived early for pick up to take us to take us to the airport at 7am very nice comfortable mini bus
When we arrived back in Spain driver was waiting in arrival again in very comfortable mini bus
Found driver easily in arrival hall, friendly and helpful driver and dropped off directly outside our accommodation. Return journey went just as well, driver arrived at arranged time

The Shuttle at 28.12. was terrible, a stinking car/petrol and a driver which was trying to get more money from us!!!

Show up at the airport they are not there, no reps in the airport. Had to call a number to be told to take a regular cab and that it would be paid for by the company. This is the second time this...
Just a bad vibe when you a flight is delayed over 1 hour and you need to wait in a full bus for those guests :(

Unfortunately, the waiting time occurred because a shared shuttle transfer was booked. Shared transfers operate on a schedule and require waiting for other passengers arriving on different flights, which can sometimes result in delays beyond our control.
