Please upgrade all ships to have an upstairs lounge the same as Red Eagle.

We travelled with a group of disabled people and all went well, we had space provided to us allowing us to unload in comfort and the staff made sure all was ok. This was the best crossing we have had...

On time, good crossing.

I am a regular user of Red Funnel for business and find that all staff on board are always helpful and conduct themselves in a professional manner in all of their duties.

Friendly service and flexible to let me on earlier ferry much appreciated after a busy day and with a family illness at home. No where to work on the quite full boat.

Generaly poor...Fuel staff with dirty uniforms...Dirty tables.

Staff always friendly and helpful. Food could be less expensive and fresher (hot food is too long under hot lamps and dries out).
