I pre-ordered the Lumix L10 and swapped emails with a very helpful lady named Hazel. The camera arrived sooner than expected and packed securely and moreover is a fantastic bit of kit.

Very fast delivery service. I received the parcel within 48 hours after purchasing although it states next day delivery if purchased before midday I purchased on a Sunday so I think it only applies...
