We did experience some unforeseen dispatch delays last week, which is why we upgraded your delivery to next-day service once it left us, but we completely understand that this doesn’t help when you rely on the items for work and need certainty on timings. We should also have communicated the stock issue with the compostable bin liners more proactively, rather than you needing to chase this. A refund for the out-of-stock item was issued on 12/03/26 to your original payment method.
