Dont Use
dreadful, disorganised and poor communication with body workshop. Was supposed to be stress free but wasnt , far from it!! My advise DONT use them

Decent service but too slow.
Too long between claim and repair, with little communication from the insurance company. Also, passed between too many departments at start of claim. Service from repair centre was excellent.

Many thanks for providing feedback following your recent claim. I am sorry you were passed between departments at the start of the claim and experienced a lack of communication. I will fully investigate this as it is not our normal standard of service. Unfortunately the industry within the UK is suffering badly at the moment following Covid and Brexit and is experiencing a lack of courtesy cars and provision of car parts - this is causing long delays which is severely affecting capacity within the bodyshops. We are all doing our utmost to minimise disruption but unfortunately, when vehicles are still roadworthy, it does mean that getting them booked in for repair is very challenging and our days-to-book can be longer than we would normally expect. Please accept our sincere apologies.

Excellent service and all handled brilliantly
Easy to contact, nothing was too much trouble and the situation was handled quickly, efficiently and professionally.
The repair was carried out by a JLR partner and the results were first class!

Disappointed
Initially quite good, but at no time during the process was I told that my £250 Excess voucher had expired and I was left disappointed

Many thanks for responding. I am pleased the process initially was good. Unfortunately the claims team do not hold any details regarding the excess voucher validity, and therefore would not have been able to advise you that it had expired. I can only apologise that unfortunately, your voucher was out of date at the date/time of incident.

Easy process, reliable wrap around service, simple for customer, no hassle
Simple process, after claim submitted able to leave it all to company to resolve. Only concern is form one is asked to sign covers car hire costs which were not involved.

This will be addressed with the team to ensure more timely updates are provided in future. We'll also address the repair delays with our Bodyshop Management Team. I can see that you raised the issue regarding the courtesy car with our claims team and, as they advised, we can only provide a repairer courtesy car, which is usually a small vehicle. These vehicles are not intended to replace your existing vehicle, but to provide mobility whilst your vehicle is off the road.
