Slow and hard work
Making a claim was hard work, I had to do all the chasing and it took way too long. In comparison with my husbands experience with BMW, the service was poor.

Many thanks for providing valuable feedback. I note from your file that our normal high level of service was not provided in this instance with a mix up with the delivery of a hire vehicle and the booking in of your vehicle. Clearly this is not acceptable and not our standard of service, to which we fully apologise, and I note that our Team Manager discussed this with you at the time. I also note it took a considerable amount of time to get a full admission of liability from the third party. This unfortunately can happen, and clearly this also led to the delay in getting your vehicle booked in for repair. Please accept our sincere apologies.
