Waiting a long time for refund. No confirmation of return yet although tracking said it was delivered 4 days ago.

Unfortunately we do not have a facility to send automated emails once a return is received, however, a confirmation is sent after a refund is processed. We have received your return on the 28th of January and the refund was processed on the 4th of February, which was well within our returns processing time of up to 14 working days.
